Role Overview
Nexchat is hiring a Data Analyst to extract meaningful insights from data and support data-driven decision-making across teams.
• Transform large datasets into clear, actionable insights for business growth
• Support strategic planning through detailed reports and performance analysis
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve product and marketing performance
• Collaborate with different teams to enhance data-driven decision-making
Responsibilities
• Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify meaningful patterns
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders
• Work with teams to define KPIs and success metrics
• Clean, validate, and maintain data accuracy and integrity
• Provide insights to improve product, marketing, and business strategies
• Support ongoing business decisions with data-backed recommendations
Requirements / Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or related field
• Strong skills in Excel, SQL, or data analysis tools
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical teams
