Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Nexchat is looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to help grow our brand presence and accelerate user adoption worldwide. This role focuses on building impactful marketing campaigns, driving product awareness, and positioning Nexchat as a leader in conversational AI.

• Reach out to potential customers via email, phone, and social channels

• Identify and qualify sales opportunities

• Maintain detailed records of interactions in Flowsuite CRM

• Schedule meetings and demos for account executives

• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams

• Provide feedback to improve lead generation strategies

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation

• Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally

• Qualify leads based on BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records

• Participate in weekly sales meetings and strategy sessions

• Track and report key metrics, including lead conversion and pipeline contribution

Requirements / Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (SaaS experience preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build rapport with potential clients quickly

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools (experience with Nexchat is a plus)

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset
