Role Overview


Nexchat is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals for our AI solutions.

• Drive consistent revenue growth through proactive outreach and sales strategies
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients
• Understand customer needs and position the right AI solutions effectively
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets


Responsibilities


• Conduct both outbound and inbound sales activities
• Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads and prospects
• Deliver product presentations and demos to potential clients
• Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation efforts


Requirements / Qualifications


• 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients quickly
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
