Role Overview
Nexchat is looking for a skilled Software Engineer to develop and maintain our AI-powered platform. You’ll play a key role in building scalable backend systems and integrating intelligent features.
• Build and maintain scalable, high-performance applications and backend systems
• Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making processes
• Optimize application performance, speed, and reliability across platforms
• Continuously improve code quality, testing, and deployment processes
Responsibilities
• Develop, test, and maintain web applications and backend services
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams
• Debug issues and optimize overall system performance
• Implement APIs, integrations, and third-party services
• Ensure application security and data protection standards
Requirements / Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in software development
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languages
• Experience working with APIs, databases, and backend systems
• Understanding of system design and scalable architecture
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
