Role Overview
Nexchat is seeking a UX Researcher to uncover user needs and improve product experiences through research and testing.
• Conduct in-depth research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points
• Deliver insights that directly influence product and design decisions
• Advocate for user-centric thinking across all teams and processes
• Continuously refine and improve research methods and workflows
Responsibilities
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative user data
• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams
• Present clear and actionable research findings
• Identify usability issues and recommend effective solutions
• Plan and execute end-to-end research strategies
Requirements / Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in UX research or similar role
• Strong understanding of research methodologies and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to translate research into actionable insights
